- Maintain all financial records
- Preparation of annual budget
- Establish and administer all bank accounts
- Collect and record all assessments, fines, fees and income

Administrative Services
- Provide quick response to Board and Homeowner requests
- Provide reports detailing all management activities with recommended actions for Board consideration
- Maintain Association files-Unit Owner File, Association Minutes, correspondence file
- Attend annual meetings – provide agendas
- Coordinate elections
- Maintain records of contractor’s insurance certificates
- Administration of Association's insurance records in coordination with Association's insurance agent
